Description: P. Mihelcich shot in back by deputy in Union stairway. This man was picketing and a mounted police named Lyman tried to arrest him. He jumped off his horse and chased him up Union Hall stairway, and upon being attacked, shot up the hall. This man was shot in back and recovered. Lyman was held on a charge of attempted murder. [Phillip Mihelcich, dressed in his finest, stands next to a vintage automobile.]
