Title: Signs - Mohawk Stamp Mill
Photographer: Gagnon of Gazette
Subject Headings: Manufacturing Process - Mills and Millwork, Sign and Signboards - Historical markers, Human Settlements
Condition: Good
Description: Mohawk's stamp mill industry really came into being at the turn of the century but the mine which caused its origin was formed two year earlier. These figures are correct and the latter really is the one which caused most of the population to move from Gay for there was no longer an economy there once the mill ceased operation.
