Condition: Good
Description: Mesnard shaft unearthed. No. 8's shaft opening is revealed here. The last time the depths were worked was prior to 1945, the year the Quincy operations ceased. The disruption here is due to the fact that a collar is being prepared to circle this shaft opening. The location is known as the Mesnard which was an independent mining firm which Quincy purchased.
