1913-1914 Strike

Mass Media, Newspapers, Labor Movements, Labor Unions, Seasons, Winter Hall at Hancock where strikers met taken in February 1914. This hall is owned by "Kansankoti" and cost $30,000. The newspaper plant is located here with modern lineotype machines. Miners Bulletin published here. Entire buildings and outfit is owned by strike leaders. [A crowd of people gathers in front of the Tyomies Publishing Co. during a heavy snowfall.]
