Description: Reclamation was the last act of survival of Copper Range at its mill at Freda. During the months of May through November of 1966-67, Copper Range reclaimed "stamp sands" from the lake shores of Freda, Redridge and in this photo at Cole's Creek. Copper was extracted from the sands and after the sands gave out, Copper Range closed its mill at Freda on November 4, 1967.
