Description: The Ideal Hotel and Restaurant is located in Sidnaw and is owned by Miss Pearl Bennett, a longtime resident of the area. Built about 1890, the structure appears lonely in the shade of several trees which grow not far from the oldtime Soo Line station in the area. Once the relished lodging place of hundreds of salesmen, the building now mostly is used during hunting seasons. It has six rooms to let.
