User Comments:
• Based on information from the August 1972 issue of Trains Magazine, this locomotive was built by Alco (American Locomotive Company) for C+H in 1929. The white painting of the sideboards supports this being the manufacturer, as it was Alco's signature style. C+H would've used the road number 3 for this locomotive, and it would be the second locomotive to bear that road number.
