Description: According to summertime residents of Delaware, this long winged building used to be the old mine boarding house in the days way, way back. Legend has it that while Horace Greeley didn't live here, he did eat here. The barracks like building is used during the summer when delegations from out of state come to live in it and frolic about the once well-known mining area.
