Description: Exley Building at 107 Front Street in Hancock. The Exley Building dates back to 1879. It began as a sandstone structure. However, the final complete date brought a pair of high class wood and brick boardinghouses. One of the two burned down previously. The building was being used as a six apartment low cost housing unit, a tax service office, and a basement paint shop. [View of the burning building as well as an interior view of the smoldering remains.]
