Description: Teachers in card shark costumes, teachers with mustachios, a la handlebar and ghostlike teachers in white all promenaded to lend enthusiasm and zest to the Hancock School System lower grades Halloween parade down Quincy St. Friday afternoon. Who says the law enforcement boys don't like legitimate and entertaining Halloween displays? Not Chief Fred Paulson, left, and Sgt. Joseph Karry. Here they are holding a bewitching prankster Linda Nolan just before the parade got off in the direction of Quincy and Reservation. The two lawmen experienced no trouble with the 175 charges they had to supervise. The long march was orderly despite its noisy aspects. [The two policemen hold a little girl dressed in costume.]
