Description: Characterized as one of the most attractive halls in the Copper Country is this stately structure in Rockland. Of brick composition, the eight year-old building houses a modern truck which occasionally travels to Mass or Ontonagon when large fires break out. All meetings of the department are held in its back chambers. The unit now has 27 members, almost all of whom are active. The department's chief is John Hoffman and the captain is Paul Yakovich.
