Who says the law enforcement boys don't like legitimate and entertaining Halloween displays? Not Chief Fred Paulson, left, and Sgt. Joseph Karry. Here they are holding a bewitching prankster Linda Nolan just before the parade got off in the direction of Quincy and Reservation.
